f) Khi kết thúc hợp đồng phải trả lại khu vực cho thuê theo đúng hiện trạng ban đầu, ngoại trừ các hao mòn tự nhiên và các sửa chữa, thay đổi đã được bên A đồng ý. Nếu khu vực thuê bị giảm sút so với tình trạng khi nhận thì bên A có quyền yêu cầu bên B phải bồi thường. Bên B phải chịu mọi rủi ro xảy ra đối với khu vực thuê trong thời gian trả chậm.
