Luận văn đã phân tích thực trạng công tác thực thi chính sách khuyến công trên địa bàn huyện Thanh Oai thời gian từ năm 2013 – 2015.
Làm rõ các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quá trình thực thi chính sách khuyến công trên địa bàn huyện Thanh Oai, đưa ra kết quả đạt được và những hạn chế gặp phải, từ đó đưa ra năm giải pháp nhằm hoàn thiện công tác triển khai thực thi chính sách khuyến công trên địa bàn huyện Thanh Oai thời gian tới là: Hoàn thiện lập kế hoạch, thực hiện triển khai chính sách; hoàn thiện truyền thông và tư vấn chính sách, hoàn thiện trong phối hợp triển khai chính sách khuyến công; hoàn thiện kiểm tra thực hiện chính sách, tăng cường nguồn lực thực thi chính sách, cải cách thủ tục hành chính.
