Trường còn tổ chức các Hội thảo về nghề nghiệp,giao lưu với cái trường Đại học trong nước và ngoài nước nhằm trao đổi những phương pháp cũng như xây dựng chất lượng đào tạo học sinh sinh viên cho thấy sự lớn mạnh và ngày càng phát triển của Trường.Với các hình thức linh hoạt này, Trường ĐH Nguyễn Tất Thành hy vọng giáo dục Đại học không  còn gói gọn trong việc đào tạo ra những con người có khả năng dẫn dắt xã hội, mà sẽ phổ biến rộng rãi trong cộng đồng, tạo điều kiện cho mọi người nâng cao trình độ góp phần phát triển xã hội, phát triển đất nước.
