Trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng, nếu có bên nào gặp khó khăn hay có bất đồng xảy ra, các bên sẽ nỗ lực giải quyết bằng thương lượng trên tinh thần hợp tác. trong trường hợp các bên không tự giải quyết được những bất đồng thì sẽ được tòa kinh tế toàn án nhân dân giải quyết. phán quyết của tòa kinh tế sẽ là kết luận cuối cùng ràng buộc hai bên phải thực hiện.
