(j) Tham quan & đào tạo:
- tổ chức tham quan (site visit) cho cán bộ lãnh đạo của Ngân hàng để tìm hiểu kinh nghiệm thực tế trong khách hàng của nhà thầu.
- Khách hàng phải tương đồng về mô hình kinh doanh, quy mô và độ phức tạp của hoạt động kinh doanh, có chứng chỉ Basel II và thực tế triển khai thành công DG. Nhà thầu cần phải đề xuất 3 khách hàng để Ngân hàng lựa chọn.
- Chia sẻ quan điểm/đánh giá về lợi ích thực tế từ góc nhìn của khách hàng, cũng như các khó khăn gặp phải và biện pháp giải quyết.
- Tổ chức lớp đào tạo và cấp chứng chỉ cho các cán bộ trực tiếp phụ trách DG của Ngân hàng, đảm bảo có đủ kiến thức và năng lực để hỗ trợ triển khai các dự án, thực hiện vai trò điều phối viên cho các hoạt động DG của Ngân hàng.
- Nhà thầu cần cung cấp ít nhất một khóa đào tạo tại các quốc gia / khu vực có nền tảng triển khai QTDL nhiều năm trong ngành Tài chính Ngân hàng, đã đạt chuẩn Basel II trở lên (ví dụ Singapore / Malaysia / Hong Kong / Australia / UK …)
- Nhà thầu cần phải mô tả cách thức phối hợp với Ngân hàng trong quá trình tư vấn, và cách thức chuyển giao kết quả tư vấn hiệu quả.
- Nhà thầu cần phải chứng minh khả năng chuyển giao công nghệ / đào tạo thông qua các workshop hoặc phiên chia sẻ (sharing session) trong quá trình tư vấn để nhân viên Ngân hàng nắm được kiến thức triển khai thực tế.

(j) training & tours:-excursion (site visit) for the Bank's leaders to learn practical experience in clients of the contractor. -Clients are similar in the business model, the scale and complexity of operations, certificate of Basel II and the fact that successful implementation of DG. The contractor must propose 3 customers to the bank selection. -Share the views/reviews about the actual benefits from the customer's perspective, as well as the difficulties encountered and the measures to solve. -Organizing training and certification for the officers directly in charge of DG Bank, make sure you have enough knowledge and capability to support the implementation of the project, the Coordinator role for DG Bank's activities. -The contractor must provide at least one training course in the countries/areas of QTDL deployment platform for many years in the financial industry, the Bank has reached the Basel II standards (for example Singapore/Malaysia/Hong Kong/Australia/UK...)-The contractor must describe how the cooperation with the Bank in the process of consultation, and how to transfer the results of effective consultation. -The contractor must demonstrate ability in technology transfer/training through the workshop or session sharing (sharing session) in the process of consulting the Bank staff to grasp the knowledge of actual deployment.

- The contractor should describe how the Bank in collaboration with the consultation process, and how to transfer the results of effective counseling.
