Vào 2 tuần trước tôi đã có 1 chuyến công tác ở Hà Nội và tôi đã chọn Royal Point Hotel là nơi để nghỉ ngơi. Tôi cảm thấy đó thật sự là một lựa chọn đúng đắn. Royal Point hotel là một khách sạn có dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng tốt nhất tôi từng gặp. Từ phòng ốc đến mọi dịch vụ ở đây đều rất tuyệt vời. Đặc biệt là sự thân thiện và tận tình của lễ tân ở đây. Bởi vì có một lần vì quá bận công việc nên không thể xuống nhà hàng dùng bữa,tôi đã gọi thức ăn phục vụ tận phòng nhưng không nhớ. Vậy nên khi nhận được hóa đơn từ khách sạn, có bao gồm cả phí phục vụ phòng tôi không biết nên đã giận dữ và than phiền khá nhiều với lễ tân. Cô ấy không những không khó chịu mà còn rất ân cần và tận tình giải thích cho tôi từng tí một. Tôi cảm thấy rất hài lòng vì điều đó. Nó làm tôi cảm thấy được tôn trọng khi ở đây. Và chắc chắn nếu có đến Hà Nội một lần nữa tôi vẫn sẽ lựa chọn Royal Point Hotel
