Ngày nay, sự phát triển của các ngành công nghiệp và quá trình đô
thị hóa nhanh đã tác động mạnh mẽ đến môi trường sống của con người.
Có thể nói môi trường tại các làng nghề là bị ảnh hưởng nhiều nhất. Môi
trường tại những nơi này đang bị suy thoái trầm trọng và tùy theo loại
hình sản xuất mà môi trường ở các làng nghề chịu sự ô nhiễm khác nhau.
Nước thải được thải trực tiếp vào các dòng kênh, sông xung quanh làng
nghề mà không hề qua xử lý, gây ô nhiễm nguồn nước, ảnh hưởng đến
sức khỏe cộng đồng.
Để xử lý hết tất cả các chất độc hại có trong nước thải là một vấn
