Việc Daewon đồng ý hoàn trả 50% kho

Việc Daewon đồng ý hoàn trả 50% khoản tiền giữ lại cho Po Sung không có nghĩa Daewon đồng ý hay xác nhận rằng Posung đã hoàn thành các công việc trong Hợp đồng. Việc thanh toán này của Daewon chỉ nhằm thể hiện thiện chí với Posung. Ngoài ra, Điều 5.2 của Điều khoản và Điều kiện cũng đã quy định rõ “mọi thanh toán được chủ đầu tư thực hiện sẽ được thanh toán vào tài khoản ngân hàng hay các tài khoản theo như Nhà thầu mô tả. Mọi thanh toán được Chủ đầu tư thực hiện sẽ không được hiểu như là phần nghiệm thu công việc được thực hiện”.
