Thỏa thuận chuỗi là thỏa thuận khun

Thỏa thuận chuỗi là thỏa thuận khung mà các hợp đồng/thỏa thuận sau đó phải tuân thủ. Việc chấp nhận ngoại lệ cho một hợp đồng/thỏa thuận sẽ dẫn đến ngoại lệ cho hợp đồng/thỏa thuận khác và làm giảm hiệu lực của thỏa thuận chuỗi  Thỏa thuận chuỗi phải được ưu tiên áp dụng.

Do vậy, đề nghị nếu Lotte thấy có điểm mâu thuẫn giữa Thỏa Thuận Chuỗi và Thư Đề Nghị Thuê thì nêu ra để các Bên cùng trao đổi và thống nhất chứ không quy định chung chung như đề xuất.
