Cũng tại buổi lễ, Phó Giáo sư tiến sĩ Phạm Mạnh Hùng– Bí thư đảng bộ, Thứ trưởng Bộ giáo dục và đào tạo đã ghi nhận những thành quả toàn diện và ấn tượng trong thời gian nhận nhiệm vụ của Giáo sư tiến sĩ Đặng Kim Vui và hy vọng giáo sư sẽ tiếp tục kế thừa những thành quả trong những năm qua, giúp ĐHTN ngày một lớn mạnh và phát triển hơn nữa trong nhiệm kỳ 2016-2021.
