GIAO NHẬN HÀNG HÓA
Thời gian giao hàng : Khoảng …………. ngày làm việc sau khi ký hợp đồng và nhận đặt cọc.
Địa điểm giao hàng : Tại địa chỉ trên của Bên A.
Thời gian bảo hành : Bên B bảo hành 1 năm kể từ ngày giao hàng.
* Bảo hành đối với những phụ tùng bị hư hỏng do lỗi kỹ thuật của Nhà Sản Xuất.
* Không bảo hành những phụ tùng sau :
- Phụ tùng bị hư hỏng do hao mòn tự nhiên trong quá trình vận hành bình thường của hàng hóa trên vào những phụ tùng cần phải thay thế định kỳ theo tiêu chuẩn của Nhà Sản Xuất.
- Phụ tùng bị hư hỏng do: vận hành , bảo trì , bảo dưỡng không đúng kỹ thuật theo tiêu chuẩn của nhà sản xuất hay lắp đặt thêm những chi tiết khác cho hàng hóa trên.
- Những phụ tùng bị gãy vỡ do tác động của lực bên ngoài (bị ngoại lực va đập làm gãy , vỡ….)
- Những phụ tùng thay thế không đúng chính hiệu của Nhà Sản Xuất.
