Trước hết tôi có mấy đề nghị với ngài như sau :
Về hợp đồng hợp tác giữa BSI và Phương đông, ngài không thực hiện đúng những thỏa thuận giữa chúng ta, vì vậy tôi đánh giá ngài không tôn trọng đối tác và làm trái với thỏa luận, hợp đồng và phụ lục hợp đồng do chính tay ngài soạn thảo và đã ký gửi cho tôi cụ thể các văn bản như sau :
- Ngày 28.10.2015 chúng ta đã kết thúc việc bàn bạc hợp tác.
- Ngày 01.12.2015 Ngài đã soạn hợp đồng hợp tác ký đóng dấu rồi gửi cho tôi.
- Ngày 16.12.2015 Ngài tiếp tục soạn thảo phụ lục hợp đồng và phiếu yêu cầu thanh toán ký tên đóng dấu gửi cho tôi. Như vậy tại sao ngài tự ý làm trái với văn bản và hợp đồng ngài đã ký, liên tục yêu cầu tôi chuyển tiền cho ngài một cách vô điều kiện.?
Trong thời gian vừa qua ngài đã làm tôi mất quá nhiều công sức và chi phí để chờ đợi hợp đồng đào tạo cho các ứng viên, sự việc như vậy đã làm rối ren hỗ loạn với những người liên quan dẫn đến hiểu lầm lẫn nhau mất đoàn kết việc này tôi rất lấy làm tiếc.
Về vấn đề hợp tác trong thời gian qua tôi kính đề nghị ngài xem xét lại những vấn đề tôi đã nêu trên, mong muốn chúng ta hãy tin tưởng vào nhau để hợp tác thành công tốt đẹp, ngược lại tôi không thể chờ đợi kéo dài hơn được nữa!
Quan điểm của tôi mỗi hợp đồng đào tạo của ứng viên được sứ quán cấp visa Phương Đông sẽ trả tiền BSI đúng như đã thỏa thuận.
Tôi xin nhấn mạnh với ngài rằng đây là hợp đồng hợp tác giữa hai bên. Mỗi bên đều tự hoạch toán độc lập và chịu trách nhiệm công việc của chính mình như đã bàn bạc trước khi hợp tác.
Tôi muốn hỏi ngài rằng nếu trong trường hợp các hợp đồng đào tạo của ngài không được sứ quán chấp nhận thì ngài có giải pháp gì?
