Trong trường hợp một bên vi phạm qu

Trong trường hợp một bên vi phạm quy định của hợp đồng và gây thiệt hại cho bên còn lại, bên vi phạm sẽ chịu trách nhiệm bồi thường về tất cả tổn thất, thiệt hại mà bên bị vi phạm phải chịu do hành vi vi phạm của bên vi phạm gây ra.

In case a party violating provisions of the contract and causing damage to the rest of the party, the party in violation will be responsible for compensation of all losses, damage that violated party suffered due to the violation of the offending party.

In case a party violates the provisions of the contract and causing damage to the other party, the breaching party will be responsible for compensation for all losses, damages the aggrieved party suffered due to violations caused by the breaching party.
