6.2. Định mức thuê khách sạn, nhà nghỉ: Người đi công tác được công ty thanh toán tiền thuê nhà trọ hoặc khách sạn tùy theo từng trường hợp cụ thể. Tiền thuê khách sạn sẽ thanh toán theo hóa đơn chứng từ hợp lệ và định mức chi phí.
Đối với lãnh đạo đi công tác được ở khách sạn tiêu chuẩn 03 sao và thanh toán theo hóa đơn thực tế
Đối với cấp trưởng phòng: đi công tác được ở khách sạn với mức 40$/phòng/đêm.
Đối với nhân viên/ lái xe đi công tác được ở khách sạn 30$/phòng/đêm.
Trường hợp đi công tác nước ngoài, thanh toán theo hóa đơn thực tế, thanh toán theo quyết định của trưởng đoàn ở mức cao nhất.
Trường hợp đi công tác nghỉ tại địa phương không có nhà nghỉ, khách sạn (không có hóa đơn) được thanh toán ½ định mức quy định.
