- Kiểm tra các kích thước hình học

- Kiểm tra các kích thước hình học và dung sai theo bản vẽ thiết kế;
- Kiểm tra quá trình làm sạch, sơn chống gỉ, sơn lót và sơn màu phần kết cấu thép;
- Kiểm tra các mối hàn kết cấu thép theo tiêu chuẩn mối hàn của Việt Nam TCVN - 4244:2005;
- Kiểm tra nhiệt, của các động cơ điện;
- Kiểm tra độ ồn, độ kín dầu, sinh nhiệt của hộp giảm tốc di chuyển;
- Kiểm tra chế độ ăn khớp của cặp bánh răng bộ truyền ngoài;
- Kiểm tra khả năng quay trơn của các ổ bi bánh xe, bánh xe;
- Kiểm tra lực xiết chặt của các bulông liên kết.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

-Check the dimensions and geometric tolerances according to the design drawings;-Check the process of cleaning, rust-resistant paint, primer and painted steel structure parts;-Check the welds of steel structure welding standard of Vietnam TCVN-4244:2005;-Check the temperature of the electric motor;-Check the noise, heat, oil tightness of gear movement;-Check the joints of the pair of gears transmission;– Check smooth rotation capacity of the wheel bearings, wheels;-Check the force tighten the bolts.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

- Check the geometric dimensions and tolerances according to design drawings;
- Check the process of cleaning, antifouling paint, primer and paint structural steel sections;
- Testing of welds steel structures according to Vietnam standard TCVN solder - 4244: 2005;
- Check heat of the electric motor;
- Check noise, oil tightness, heat generation of the moving gear;
- Check the joints diet drives external gear pairs;
- Check smooth recording capability of the wheel bearings, wheels;
- Check the tightening force of the bolt link.
