Tôi rất muốn chuyên gia Khuong Dinh Vuc (Water Supply Infrastructure Engineer) đi cùng tôi lần này để hỗ trợ cho tôi về giao thông và chủ động thu thập các tài liệu có liên quan.
Về vấn đề phiên dịch viên: Trước đây tôi đã có phiên dịch viên nhưng tôi nghĩ trình độ chưa đủ để tham gia dự án này, hiện nay tôi đang tìm kiếm phiên dịch viên tốt hơn và sẽ sớm có được. Tôi đã nói chuyện với Mr Quang Ngọc về vấn đề này và anh ấy sẽ tạm thời hỗ trợ tôi về vấn đề ngôn ngữ trong thời gian tìm phiên dịch viên.
