Bài nghiên cứu này sử dụng hai phương pháp thu thập dữ liệu: qualitative data collection methods và quantitative data collection methods. Những thông tin thu thập cho bài nghiên cứu này đều được chọn lựa và thu thập từ những người có vị thế cao trong nền công nghiệp khách sạn và the hotel's customers. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu cho bài nghiên cứu này là những khách sạn ba sao và khách sạn bốn sao thuộc khu vực Đông Nam của Ireland, cụ thể là thành phố Waterford, thành phố Wexford và thành phố Kilkenny. Những dữ liệu thu thập được đều được phân tích bằng phần mềm SPSS (the Statistical Package for Social Science, V.15) và phần mềm Nvivo (N7).

This research paper uses two data collection methods: qualitative data collection methods and quantitative data collection methods. The information gathered for this study were selected and collected from people with high positions in the hotel industry and the hotel's customers. Research objectives for this study are the hotels of three stars and four star hotel in the South East of Ireland, in particular the city of Waterford, Wexford and Kilkenny City. The collected data were analyzed using the software SPSS (the Statistical Package for Social Science, v. 15) and Nvivo software (N7).
