Doanh nghiệp phải chấp hành các nội

Doanh nghiệp phải chấp hành các nội dung được quy định tại Thông tư số 28/2010/TT-BCT ngày 26 tháng 8 năm 2010 của Bộ Công thương quy định cụ thể một số điều của Luật hóa chất; Nghị định số 108/2008/NĐ-CP ngày 07 tháng 10 năm 2008 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết và hướng dẫn thi hành một số điều của Luật hóa chất; Nghị định số 26/2011/NĐ-CP ngày 08 tháng 4 năm 2011 của Chính phủ sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Nghị định số 108/2008/NĐ-CP ngày 07 tháng 10 năm 2008; Thông tư số 18/2011/TT-BCT ngày 21 tháng 4 năm 2011 bổ sung, bãi bỏ thủ tục hành chính tại Thông tư số 28/2010/TT-BCT quy định cụ thể một số điều của Luật hóa chất, và Nghị định số 08/2008/NĐ-CP quy định chi tiết và hướng dẫn thi hành một số điều của Luật hóa chất; và Doanh nghiệp chỉ được phép hoạt động khi được cấp giấy phép kinh doanh hóa chất hạn chế kinh doanh của cơ quan có thẩm quyền theo Mục 2 Thông tư số 28/2010/TT-BCT.

Business must approve the content specified in circular No. 28/2009/TT-BCT on August 26, 2010 by industry specific regulation of some articles of the law on chemicals; Decree No. 109/2008/ND-CP of June 7, 2008 from the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of some articles of the law on chemicals; Decree No. 26/2010/ND-CP on April 8, 2012 of the Government revising, supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 109/2008/ND-CP of June 7, 2008; Circular No. 18/2009/TT-BCT on April 21, 2010 supplement, abolish administrative procedures in circular No. 28/2009/TT-BCT specifies a number of articles of the law on chemicals, and Decree No. 08/2008/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of some articles of the law on chemicals; and businesses are only allowed to operate when the business license restricted chemicals business of competent authorities under section 2 circular No. 28/2009/TT-BCT.
