Tại phần Chuẩn bị hồ sơ thầu, mục 7.9: "Nhà dự thầu sẽ đệ trình Bảo lãnh dự thầu theo phụ lục số 06, có giá trị 300.000.000 VND và phải có hiệu lực không dưới 90 ngày kể từ ngày hết hạn hồ sơ thầu"
Vậy nhà thầu hiểu là hiệu lực của bảo lãnh dự thầu với thời gian 210 ngày kể từ ngày 08/08/2016 có phải không?
