Hiện nay, số lượng lao động dược tuyển dụng chủ yếu từ nguồn nội bộ đó là con em cán bộ công nhân viên đang và đã làm việc trong Công ty. Số lượng lao động được tuyển dụng trong 2 năm 2010 và 2011 là: năm 2010 tuyển dụng 28 người trong đó tuyển 20 lao động từ nguồn nội bộ; năm 2011 tuyển 52 lao động trong đó có 37 người là con em cán bộ công nhân viên. Như vậy, sự chênh lệch giữa tuyển nội bộ và tuyển bên ngoài là khá cao. Do có sự hạn chế nguồn tham gia tuyển dụng (chủ yếu là nguồn nội bộ) nên Công ty không có cơ hội tuyển dụng được những lao động có trình độ cao hơn
