Công tác QL dạy và học ở các trường

Công tác QL dạy và học ở các trường TH có phần chưa phản ánh đúng thực chất kết quả GD - ĐT, chưa đáp ứng mục tiêu đổi mới căn bản và toàn diện GD TH, chưa đáp ứng được yêu cầu của xã hội mà trước hết là nhân dân TPHCM.
1.3. Để nâng cao chất lượng GD đáp ứng với yêu cầu đổi mới căn bản và toàn diện GD, tác giả đã đề xuất BP chung và 3 nhóm BP QL hoạt động DH (nhóm BP QL hoạt động dạy; nhóm BP QL hoạt động học; nhóm BP QL môi trường DH) ở trường TH trong bối cảnh đổi mới căn bản và toàn diện GD. Các BP đề xuất trên đây có mối quan hệ biện chứng, tác động, hỗ trợ nhau trong quá trình thực hiện.

To improve the quality of EDUCATION in response to the request of basic and comprehensive innovation EDUCATION, the authors have suggested BP and BP group active QL 3 DH (BP group activities teaching; the BP Group QL QL activities; the BP Group QL DH environment) in school TH in the context of the fundamental and comprehensive innovation of EDUCATION. The BP proposal on this dialectical relationship impact, support each other in the implementation process.
