Căn cứ vào số 12/CV-TTPTQĐ ngày 22/03/2016 của Trung tâm phát triển quỹ đất huyện Vu Thu về việc chuẩn bị kinh phí phục vụ công tác Bồi thường, hỗ trợ giải phóng mặt bằng và Công văn số 20/CV-TTPTQĐ ngày 25/05/2016 của Trung tâm phát triển quỹ đất huyện Vũ Thư về việc bổ sung kinh phí phục vụ công tác Bồi thường, hỗ trợ giải phóng mặt bằng cho Dự án Nhà máy may xuất khẩu Jeil Jersey Vina, Công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn Jeil Jersey đã chuyển đủ số tiền 7.118.000.000 đồng bằng tiền mặt vào tài khoản của Trung Tâm phát triển quỹ đất huyện Vũ Thư, số tài khoản: 3402201002105 tại Ngân hàng Nông nghiệp và Phát triển nông thôn Việt Nam – chi nhánh huyện Vũ Thư, tỉnh Thái Bình.
Đến nay thủ tục về công tác bồi thường, hỗ trợ GPMB do Trung tâm phát triển quỹ đất huyện Vũ thư đã được các cấp có thẩm quyền thẩm định, phê duyệt và việc chi trả kinh phí bồi thường, hỗ trợ giải phóng mặt bằng cho nhân dân có đất nằm trong Dự án của chúng tôi cũng đã hoàn thành.
Công ty TNHH JEIL JERSEY làm công văn này, đề nghị Trung tâm phát triển quỹ đất xác nhận cho chúng tôi việc đã hoàn thành công tác chuyển kinh phí bồi thường, hỗ trợ giải phóng mặt bằng để chi trả cho nhân dân có đất nằm trong Dự án của chúng tôi, để chúng tôi triển khai thủ tục xin thuê đất tại cơ quan có thẩm quyền tỉnh Thái Bình.
