Sau khi nghiệm thu hoàn thành công

Sau khi nghiệm thu hoàn thành công trình đưa vào sử dụng chúng tôi có trách nhiệm tổ chức khắc phục những hư hỏng công trình do sai sót của mình gây ra trong quá trình thi công.
Thời gian bảo hành công trình là 12 tháng kể từ ngày kết thúc hoạt động xây dựng, nghiệm thu hoàn thành bàn giao chính thức công trình.
- Trong vòng 24 giờ nếu có sự cố xảy ra đơn vị thi công chúng tôi sẽ kết hợp với đơn vị quản lý vận hành và các đơn vị có liên quan đến hiện trường để xác định nguyên nhân kết hợp tổ chức khắc phục.
- Trong thời gian bảo hành nếu có sự cố xảy ra
- Trong vòng 24 giờ nếu có sự cố xảy ra công ty chúng tôi sẽ cử nhân viên kỹ thuật kiểm tra và tiến hành sửa chữa hoặc đưa ra giải pháp sửa chữa sớm nhất theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.
- Khi hết thời gian bảo hành nếu không có tồn tại khắc phục thì đơn vị thi công chúng tôi sẽ chuyển biên bản xác nhận công trình hoàn thành trách nhiệm bảo hành đến chủ đầu tư và Đơn vị quản lý vận hành để xác nhận hoàn thành trách nhiệm bảo hành theo quy định và giải ngân số tiền giữ lại trong thời gian bảo hành.
- Trường hợp có khắc phục tồn tại trong thời gian bảo hành Đơn vị chúng tôi sẽ tổ chức khắc phục trong thời gian sớm nhất. Nếu quá thời hạn mà nhà thầu chúng tôi không thực hiện các công việc sữa chữa thì Chủ đầu tư có quyền thuê một nhà thầu khác (bên thứ ba) thực hiện các công việc này và toàn bộ chi phí cho việc sửa chữa để chi trả cho bên thứ ba sẽ do nhà thầu chịu và sẽ được khấu trừ vào tiền bảo hành của nhà thầu và thông báo cho nhà thầu giá trị trên, nhà thầu chúng tôi buộc phải chấp thuận giá trị trên.
