Trường hợp có tranh chấp hoặc có mộ

Trường hợp có tranh chấp hoặc có một bên vi phạm hợp đồng thì hai bên sẽ cùng nhau bàn bạc thống nhất trên tinh thần hòa giải và hai bên cùng có lợi. Nếu không có giải pháp thỏa đáng nào thì hai bên có thể yêu cầu cơ quan có thẩm quyền giải quyết.
