Tôi là nhân viên công ty OLas là một thành viên của hội JIC Việt Nam. Tôi có nhận được thư mời của bạn. Tuy nhiên Lãnh sự quán Hàn Quốc tại Việt Nam yêu cầu thư mời và các giấy tờ cần thiết phải rõ ràng thông tin như sau:

1. Thư mời: lý do mời,nội dung bảo lãnh về nước, có con dấu trùng với con dấu trên giấy chứng nhận con dấu, người mời là người đứng tên giấy phép kinh doanh, thông tin cụ thể của người mời và người được mời ( tên, địa chỉ, số passport, ID, Số điện thoại, lý do mời, thời gian mời) .
2. Giấy chứng nhận con dấu có đăng ký
3. Giấy tờ giới thiệu về hội nghị và hành lễ
- Lịch trình chi tiết, tờ rơi giới thiệu về sự kiện

Vui lòng cung cấp giúp tôi sớm nhất đế tôi có thể xin visa đến Hàn Quốc. Cảm ơn về sự nhiệt tình hỗ trợ của bạn
