Về phía Hiệp hội: Hiệp hội Giao nhận kho vận Việt Nam- VIFFAS (Tên tiếng Anh :Vietnam Freight Forwarders Association)
Trong thời gian qua VIFFAS đã và đang kết hợp với các hiệp hội giao nhận các nước ASEAN ( AFFA - Asean Federation of Forwarders Associations), các chương trình của Bộ Giao thông vận tải, tổ chức các khóa đào tạo nghiệp vụ giao nhận, gom hàng đường biển, liên kết với trường Cao đẳng Hải quan mở lớp đào tạo về đại lý khai quan, cấp bằng, chứng chỉ cho các hội viên tại TP.HCM, Đà Nẵng và Hà Nội. Về giao nhận hàng không, Hiệp hội Vận tải Hàng không quốc tế - IATA (International Air Transport Association) thông qua Vietnam Airlines đã tổ chức được một số lớp học nghiệp vụ và tổ chức thi cấp bằng IATA có giá trị quốc tế. Tuy nhiên, chương trình này vẫn không tiến triển do số lượng người tham gia hạn chế và chỉ mang tính nội bộ
