o Mối quan hệ giữa lãnh đạo và nhân viên, giữa đồng nghiệp với nhau, giữa các đơn vị phòng ban với nhau,… phải hài hòa, thân thiện và tạo điều kiện cho nhau cùng làm việc.
o Các dụng cụ, phương tiện làm việc như phòng ốc, bảo hộ lao động, máy móc thiết bị, máy tính, điện thoại, photocopy,… phải tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho các công tác nghiệp vụ của từng cá nhân trong Công ty.
o Không gian lao động: Sạch sẽ, an toàn, không ô nhiễm, thuận tiện đi lại,… tạo sự yên tâm và thoải mái cho người lao động khi đến Công ty làm việc.
3.6. Một số kiến nghị đối với cơ quan cấp trên và Nhà nước:
Sản xuất que hàn là một lãnh vực quan trọng đóng góp vào sự phát triển hệ thống lưới điện Việt Nam, cũng như ngành công nghiệp chế tạo vật liệu ngành hàn của Việt Nam, do đó rất cần được quan tâm phát triển. Để thúc đẩy sự phát triển lãnh vực này thì rất cần sự hỗ trợ của cơ quan cấp trên và Nhà nước thông qua những chủ trương chính sách cơ bản như sau:
❖ Kiến nghị đối với cơ quan quản lý cấp trên là Tập đoàn Điện lực Việt Nam:
➢ Hỗ trợ về thủ tục bảo lãnh thực hiện hợp đồng, bảo lãnh tạm ứng và bảo lãnh bảo hành khi Công ty ký hợp đồng với các đơn vị trực thuộc Tập đoàn Điện lực Việt Nam.
➢ Thống nhất các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng que hàn, vì hiện tại những qui định của các đơn vị trực thuộc rất khác nhau, gây khó khăn cho việc thiết kế và sản xuất que hàn.
❖ Kiến nghị đối với cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước:
Mặc dù đã có những bước phát triển mạnh mẽ, tuy nhiên so với các nước công nghiệp thì ngành sản xuất que hàn của Việt Nam vẫn còn rất non trẻ, do đó rất cần được sự hỗ trợ và bảo hộ từ cơ quan Nhà nước
➢ Duy trì thuế xuất nhập khẩu đối với que hàn như hiện nay đến năm 2020 nhằm bảo hộ cho ngành sản xuất que hàn trong nước, ngoài ra áp dụng thuế bảo hộ cho cả loại que hàn truyền tải, vì hiện nay mặc dù que hàn truyền tải đã được sản xuất trong nước nhưng nhà nước vẫn khuyến khích nhập khẩu từ bên ngoài thông qua thuế xuất 0% gây khó khăn cho sản xuất trong nước.
➢ Thúc đẩy phát triển ngành sản xuất vật liệu điện nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu cho
việc sản xuất que hàn, bởi vì hiện nay phần lớn nguyên vật liệu chế tạo que hàn phải

To promote the development of this area, it needed the support of superior bodies and state through the basic policies are as follows:
❖ Recommendations for superior management agency is the Electricity of Vietnam:
