- Bên B chỉ cam kết bán sản phẩm trong khu vực phân phối do GREENFEED chỉ định
- Bên B cam kết không tìm kiếm khách hàng và bán sản phẩm cho khách hàng ngoài khu vực phân phối
- Bên B phải thanh toán tiền hàng đúng hạn hoặc ngay khi GREENFEED có yêu cầu thanh toán
- Cung cấp cho GREENFEED đầy đủ hồ sơ pháp nhân ngay khi ký hợp đồng này
- Cam kết có đủ giấy phép kinh doanh theo quy định của pháp luật
- Bồi thường cho GREENFEED mọi tổn thất, thiệt hại và chi phí phát sinh do vi phạm của Bên B
- Nộp thuế theo quy định
- Bảo mật giá sản phẩm
- Thông báo cho Bên A về các hành vi vi phạm sở hữu trí tuệ
