Công ty TNHH Đầu tư Kinh doanh và Phát triển Nam Thái vừa báo cáo kết quả giao dịch cổ phiếu VIC của CTCP Tập đoàn Vingroup.

Theo đó, ngày 19/10 vừa qua, Nam Thái đã mua vào hơn 85,35 triệu cổ phiếu VIC, nâng lượng sở hữu từ 70,43 triệu cổ phiếu (tỷ lệ 2,67%) lên 155,79 triệu cổ phiếu (tỷ lệ 5,91%) và trở thành cổ đông lớn của Vingroup.

Giá mua vào không được công bố, tuy nhiên, nếu tạm tính theo mức giá 43.000 đồng/cổ phiếu như hiện nay, thì Nam Thái đã bỏ ra khoảng 3.670 tỷ đồng cho số cổ phiếu này.

Trước giao dịch này, Vingroup có 3 cổ đông lớn trong đó ông Phạm Nhật Vượng, Chủ tịch HĐQT công ty, là cổ đông lớn nhất nắm giữ trên 724 triệu cổ phiếu VIC tương ứng tỷ lệ 27,45%.
