Trong trường hợp hết thời hạn thuê

Trong trường hợp hết thời hạn thuê nhà nêu trên, Bên B muốn tiếp tục thuê nhà phải thỏa thuận lại với bên A trước 03 tháng.
Khi hết thời hạn thuê, các bên tiến hành thanh lý Hợp đồng, Bên B trả lại nhà thuê cho Bên A theo hiện trạng bàn giao ban đầu, trừ những phần Bên B đã đầu tưm sửa chữa, sơn,…phục vụ công việc và mục đích thuê của bên B mà không thể khôi phục và bàn giao như nguyên trạng ban đầu.
Hai bên có trách nhiệm và nghĩa vụ thực hiện nghiêm chỉnh những điều đã cam kết trong hợp đồng này. Nếu bên nào vi phạm sẽ bị xử lý theo quy định pháp luật.
