Công ty Cổ phần Dược phẩm HTP có tiền thân là Công ty Cổ phần Dược phẩm TN, được thành lập từ ngày 12/02/2009 và được chính thức đổi tên gọi như hiện tại từ ngày 04/05/2010.
Đến nay, sau gần 5 năm hoạt động, HTP đã trở thành một hệ thống phát triển mạnh mẽ, nhanh chóng và là một trong những công ty dược phẩm hàng đầu Việt Nam trong việc sản xuất, phân phối các sản phẩm Đông dược, thực phẩm chức năng.
