Khái niệm Quản lý
Xuất phát từ những góc độ nghiên cứu khác nhau, rất nhiều học giả trong và ngoài nước đã đưa ra giải thích không giống nhau về quản lý. Do vậy cho đến nay vẫn chưa có một định nghĩa thống nhất về quản lý. Đặc biệt kể từ thế kỷ 21, các quan niệm về quản lý lại càng phong phú. Các trường phái quản lý học đã đưa ra những định nghĩa về quản lý như sau:
Nhà khoa học nổi tiếng về quản lý Tailor nhận định: "Làm quản lý là bạn phải biết rõ: Muốn người khác làm việc gì và hãy chú ý đến cách tốt nhất, kinh tế nhất mà họ làm" .
Hard Koont: "Quản lý là xây dựng và duy trì một môi trường tốt giúp con người hoàn thành một cách hiệu quả mục tiêu đã định".
Peter F Druker: "Suy cho cùng, quản lý là thực tiễn. Bản chất của nó không nằm ở nhận thức mà là ở hành động; kiểm chứng nó không nằm ở sự logic mà ở thành quả, quyền uy duy nhất của nó là thành tích".
Fayel cũng là một nhà khoa học tiền bối về quản lý nhận định: "Quản lý là một hoạt động mà mọi tổ chức (gia đình, doanh nghiệp, chính phủ) đều có, nó gồm 5 yếu tố tạo thành là: Kế hoạch, tổ chức, chỉ đạo, điều chỉnh và kiểm soát. Quản lý chính là thực hiện kế hoạch, tổ chức, chỉ đạo điều chỉnh và kiểm soát ấy”. Theo Ông, Quản lý không đơn giản chỉ là khái niệm, nó là sự thống nhất của ba yếu tố:
Thứ nhất, thông qua tập thể để thúc đẩy tính tích cực của cá nhân.
Thứ hai, điều hoà quan hệ giữa người với người, giảm mâu thuẫn các bên.
Thứ ba, tăng cường hợp tác hỗ trợ lẫn nhau, thông qua hỗ trợ để làm được những việc mà một cá nhân không thể làm được, thông qua hợp tác tạo ra giá trị lớn hơn giá trị cá nhân - giá trị tập thể.
Trên cơ sở nghiên cứu các khái niệm khác nhau về quản lý, chúng tôi sử dụng khái niệm quản lý của Fayer đưa ra như khái niệm công cụ cho phân tích về quản lý CTXH đối với người tâm thần cũng tương tự, do vậy có thể đi đến:
Khái niệm Quản lý CTXH với người tâm thần: Là một hoạt động bao gồm lập kế hoạch, tổ chức chỉ đạo triển khai thực hiện kế hoạch, kiểm soát và điều chỉnh các hoạt động chuyên môn CTXH trong quá trình trợ giúp người tâm thần.
