Tuy vậy thời điểm lắp đặt còn phụ thuộc việc HTM hoàn thành các thủ tục trình tự để được chính quyền địa phương chấp thuận việc cứng hoá mương và làm đường giao thông phía trước Trung tâm kho vận. Theo dự kiến thì văn bản chấp thuận cuối cùng sẽ hoàn thành trước 15/05/2016.
