Tháng 04/2016 văn phòng Vĩnh Lộc CDP có thêm 01 nhân viên mới, tuy nhiên do các trang thiết bị của văn phòng mua đã lâu nên thiếu ghế sử dụng trong phòng họp của văn phòng. Ghế ngồi làm việc của PM đã cũ và bổ sung vào phòng họp cho đầy đủ ghế để các nhân viên ngồi họp thuận tiện. Hiện tại, trong phòng làm việc của PM vẫn chưa có ghế ngồi, gây khó khăn trong thực hiện công việc của PM tại văn phòng.
