Nếu bên A không đồng ý với đề nghị

Nếu bên A không đồng ý với đề nghị này thì hai bên sẽ chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn và giá trị hợp đồng này sẽ được tính lại ngay tại thời điểm thống nhất chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn đảm bảo lợi ích công bằng của các bên.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If A party does not agree with this proposal, the two sides will terminate the contract before the deadline and this contract values will be recalculated immediately at the time of unification of termination ahead of time to ensure the interests of the parties.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If Party A does not agree with this proposal, the two parties will terminate the contract before expiry of the contract value will be recalculated at the time agreed to terminate the contract ahead of schedule to ensure fair benefits of the parties.
