The research was done by quantitative methods to control the relationship between impacts company culture affects the commitment to stick by the staff at limited liability company technology products FPT branch in Ho Chi Minh City. The data used in this topic are collected from the questionnaire sent for 100% of staff currently working in the company earning results was 246 research survey panel sample answer valid questions. On the basis of the theory of corporate culture, the degree of cohesion of the workers and the research practices of researchers. The subject was formed based on the study by Recardo and Jolly (1997) with eight components of corporate culture impact the level of commitment attached staff. Likert scales in the level used in this study, the reliability of the scale was calibrated by Cronbach's coefficient Alpha and factor analysis explores the EFA. Interrelated relationships and multiple linear regression was established initially with dependent variable is the commitment to the stick of staff and eight independent variables include: (1) communication in the Organization; (2) training and development; (3) the rewards and recognition; (4) accept risks because creativity and innovation; (5) work group; (6) the orientation of future plans; (7) the fairness and consistency of the policy; (8) the efficiency of decision-making. After testing the reliability of the measuring scale, factor analysis explores the EFA, the results of modeling variables and variable factors observed, remains the 8 factors with observable variable 32. Results of multiple regression analysis shows 4 factors that corporate culture has a positive effect to the commitment of employees for sticking with the limited liability company the product of FPT technology branch in Ho Chi Minh City. This research contributes to increased understanding of the influence of corporate culture to the level of commitment to stick with the Organization's staff and authors have proposed solutions for further studies, more broadly in the future.
