Trong quá trình 2 tháng thực tập tạ

Trong quá trình 2 tháng thực tập tại môi trường chuyên nghiệp tôi đã có cơ hội ứng dụng các kỹ năng về giao tiếp ( nghe, nói ), tự tin hơn trong tác phong phục vụ. Với kiến thức được học ở trường tôi có thể áp dụng thực tiễn cho các giao dịch với khách hàng là người nước ngoài, dễ dàng hơn trong việc giải quyết các tình huống bằng tiếng anh, đồng thời có thêm cơ hội trao dồi về vốn từ vựng và kinh nghiệm thực tế.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

During the 2 months internship in a professional environment I have had the opportunity of application of communication skills (listening and speaking), more confidence in serving style. With the knowledge learned at school I can apply the practices for dealing with customers are foreigners, easier in solving the situation in English, and have more opportunity to cultivate learning and practical experience.
