Điều 14: Lưu lượng nước thải và phí xử lý nước thải:
1.Đối với các doanh nghiệp không sử dụng đồng hồ đo lưu lượng nước thài, thì lượng nước thải phát sinh tính bằng 80% lượng nước cấp đầu vào.
2. Đối với các doanh nghiệp sử dụng đồng hồ đo lưu lượng nước thải, thì lượng nước thải phát sinh tính bằng chỉ số đồng hồ.
3.Các Doanh nghiệp phải nộp phí xừ lý nước thải theo đơn giá của Công ty Tân Đức quy định.

Điều 15: Tiêu chuẩn xử lý nước thải:

1.Các Doanh nghiệp phải xử lý nước thải đạt tiêu chuẩn do Công ty Tân Đức quy định, sau đó nước thải sẽ được thu gom và dẫn về Nhả máy xử lý nước thài tập trung cùa KCN Tân Đức và tiếp tục dược xử lý đạt Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật Quốc gia về nước thải công nghiệp QCVX 24/2009/BTKMT, cột A trước khi thải ra nguồn tiếp nhận là kênh An Hạ chảy ra sông Vàm Cỏ Đông.

2.Quy định về xử lý nước thải của KCN Tân Đức như sau:
