Nếu gửi hàng nguyên (FCL)

- Chủ hàng hoặc người được chủ hàng uỷ thác điền vào booking note và đưa cho đại diện hãng tầu để xin ký cùng với bản danh mục XK (cargo list)

- Sau khi đăng ký booking note, hãng tầu sẽ cấp lệnh giao vỏ container để chủ hàng mượn

* Nếu gửi hàng lẻ (LCL):

- Chủ hàng gửi booking note cho hãng tàu hoặc đạI lý của hãng tầu, cung cấp cho họ những thông tin cần thiết về hàng XK. Sau khi booking note được chấp nhận, chủ hàng sẽ thoả thuận với hãng tầu về ngày, giờ, địa điểm giao nhận hàng.
