Hệ thống xử lý nước thải E.land Trảng Bàng hoạt động từ tháng 04/2015. Từ tháng 04 đến tháng 08 hệ thống hoạt động bình thường, nước thải nằm trong hạn mức cho phép. Nhưng tháng 9,10 thì nước thải vượt mức cho phép và công ty E.land phải thanh toán cho công ty Hạ Tầng phí nước thải vượt mức đó (cụ thể tháng 9 chỉ tiêu Amoni = 12.5 mg/l vượt 1.25 lần=8.125 đồng/m3 nước thải = 21.843.250 đồng; tháng 10 chỉ tiêu chất rắn lơ lững = 508m/l vượt 5.08 lần=33.020 đồng/m3 nước thải = 82.777.838 đồng).
Mặc dù công ty E.land Trảng Bàng đã gửi công văn giải trình, xin lấy lại mẫu nước thải, xin công ty Hạ Tần hỗ trợ phí xử lý nước thải…. nhưng vẫn không được hỗ trợ vì phía Hạ tầng cũng phải nộp phí xử lý nước thải cao cho cơ quan nhà nước.
Theo tình hình như trên, Hiền xin đề xuất với công ty xin được xử lý như sau:
Để phòng ngừa, tránh trường hợp nước thải vượt định mức, cần có 01người chuyên phụ trách, theo dõi để xử lý kịp thời nước thải khi gặp sự cố hoặc nước thải vượt định mức. Có như thế, thì công ty không tốn chi phí nhiều cho việc xử lý nước thải.
Cũng xin báo cáo thêm, hiện tại 04 nhà máy E.land (Củ Chi, Long An, Bình Dương và Trảng Bàng) thì 03 nhà máy: Củ Chi, Long An, Bình Dương không nấu ăn tại công ty (Nhà ăn mang thức ăn đã nấu sẵn vào công ty) nên nước thải lúc nào cũng nằm trong hạn mức cho phép, không bị vượt. Chỉ riêng E.land Trảng Bàng có nấu ăn cho công nhân tại công ty nên nước thải lúc nào cũng cao, nếu sơ suất, xử lý không kịp thời rất dễ bị vượt định mức.
Đây là một vấn đề rất lớn, ảnh hưởng đến chi phí sản xuất, hoạt động của E.land Trảng Bàng. Rất mong được sự hỗ trợ kịp thời từ Ban Giám đốc công ty để giảm được chi phí đầu ra.
