1.2. Nội dung tư vấn được hiểu là bên A đề xuất, cho ý kiến về mặt pháp lý các hướng giải quyết đối với từng vụ việc cụ thể mà bên B yêu cầu liên quan đến hoạt động kinh doanh trên cơ sở quy định của pháp luật.
1.3. Phạm vi tư vấn là những ý kiến mà bên A góp ý cho bên B hay những công việc bên A sẽ thực hiện trong phạm vi nội bộ doanh nghiệp của bên B. Trong trường hợp phát sinh công việc phải liên hệ với một cá nhân hay một tổ chức khác không phải là đơn vị trực thuộc của bên B để giải quyết thì nó không thuộc phạm vi tư vấn của hợp đồng này mà sẽ được thỏa thuận riêng bằng một hợp đồng dịch vụ pháp lý mới.
