Chỉ số giá tiêu dùng (CPI) của Nhật Bản đã tăng 6 lần kể từ đầu năm 2013 đến nay. CPI của Nhật Bản tháng 9 vừa qua đã tăng 0,7% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái. Đây là tháng thứ 4 liên tiếp thước đo lạm pháp này tăng, mà theo Bộ Nội vụ và Thông tin Nhật Bản, những nguyên nhân chủ yếu là do giá điện, giá xăng dầu và giá một số mặt hàng tăng cao.
