By now, the learning process đag tiến triển rất thuận lợi. Tôi nhận thấy những kĩ năng về giao tiếp và tương tác của tôi phát triển thông qua những công việc nhóm. Những kiến thức ban đầu về customer service, tôi học được cách behave and treat with the customer. Từ đó, tôi nhận ra những thiếu sót trong kĩ năng của mình trong quãng thời gian làm việc tại Việt Nam. Đó là communication, problem-solved and manage skills. I expect được trau dồi thêm những kĩ năng này trong thời gian sắp tới to develop my professional skills.
Trong chương trình học thời gian đầu, tôi có tham gia một số group work và group project với các thành viên khác của lớp. Phần lớn các hoạt động nhóm đều làm việc với nhiều người với nhiều ngoại cảnh khác nhau, với các thành viên đến từ nhiều nơi trên thế giới. Trong quá trình làm việc, tôi có cơ hội được biết thêm về nhiều đặc điểm văn hóa cũng như phong tục của nhiều quốc gia như Nga, Phần Lan. Các thành viên trong nhóm đều làm việc rất tích cực và hiệu quả. Kĩ năng tương tác và giao tiếp của tôi được cải thiện trong thời gian đó. Ở phần Tutorial và group assignment, chúng tôi tập trung lại và tìm ra cách viết chung và quyết định từng ý kiến cũng như phân đoạn trong bài. Chúng tôi chia ra thành nhiều ý nhỏ và mỗi thành viên trong nhóm sẽ đảm nhận một ý, viết bài cũng như tìm kiếm sources liên quan đến phần đó. Sau đó chúng tôi tập trung lại sửa lỗi chung của bài và hoàn thiện. Ở Pohtimolampi group work, chúng tôi tập trung lại để tìm kiếm chủ đề và đưa ra ý kiến về việc tổ chức sự kiện. Ý kiến của tất cả mọi người đều được lắng nghe và đưa vào nội dung của chương trình. Sau đó chúng tôi phân vai trò cho từng thành viên trong nhóm, từ khâu chuẩn bị mua sắm, soạn bài diễn văn và trang trí. Các thành viên trong nhóm đều tham gia rất nhiệt tình và nghiêm túc. Từ đó chúng tôi tổ chức thành công our first mini event. Ở Arctic group work, công việc của chúng tôi là tạo một information package về một quốc gia, từ đó tìm hiểu về giá trị văn hóa, communication style cũng như customer service expectation. Nhóm làm việc gồm 4 người và chúng tôi có bài thuyết trình trong 10 phút. Do đó chúng tôi tập trung lại để quyết định công việc và cách thức làm việc. Sau khi tìm kiếm thông tin cơ bản về quốc gia, chúng tôi tiếp tục phân tích sâu hơn về những giá trị văn hóa và tìm hiểu lí do cũng như những gì du khách tại quốc gia đó mong muốn khi quyết định du lịch đến Phần Lan.
Ở tất cả những group work và assignment, the amount of work cho từng thành viên trong nhóm là như nhau. Chúng tôi phân chia công việc cũng như role dựa trên khả năng cũng như thế mạnh của từng thành viên trong nhóm. Do đó tất cả các thành viên trong nhóm đều

By now, the learning process is going very smoothly. I noticed the skills of my interactions and communication developed through group work. The initial knowledge about the customer service, I learned how to behave and treat with the customer. From there, I realized the shortcomings of his skills during his time working in Vietnam. We split up into many small Italian and each Member of the group will take a note, writing as well as finding sources related to that section. Then we gather general fixes and article. In Pohtimolampi group work, we gathered together to search for the topic and give comments on the event. Everyone's opinions are listened to and taken into the content of the program. We then distributed the roles for each Member in the group, from the preparation of shopping, decorating and composing. The members of the Group were very enthusiastic and serious. From there we held our first mini event. In Arctic group work, our job is to create an information package about a country, from which to learn about the value of culture, communication style as well as customer service expectation. The working group consists of 4 people and we have presentations in 10 minutes. So we decided to focus the work and way of working. After looking for basic information about the country, we continue to analyze more deeply about these cultural values and learn why as well as what in that country look forward to when the decision to travel to Finland. In total the group work and assignment, the amount of work for each Member in the group is the same.
