Trên cơ sở yêu cầu bảo hiểm của bên A, PJICO Thăng Long chấp nhận bảo hiểm cho các xe ôtô (theo danh sách dưới đây) thuộc bên A quản lý, sử dụng theo điều khoản quy định tại: Quy tắc bảo hiểm vật chất xe ôtô ban hành theo quyết định số 108/2015/QĐ/TSC/TGĐ Ngày 27/02/2015 của Tổng giám đốc Tổng Công ty Cổ phần bảo hiểm Petrolimex . Quy tắc BH TNDS ban hành theo TT 126/2008/TT-BTC ngày 22 tháng 12 năm 2008 của Bộ Trưởng Bộ Tài Chính và Quy tắc BH TNDS ban hành theo thong tư 151/2012/TT-BTC ngày 12 tháng 09 năm 2012 của Bộ Tài Chính.
