Hiện tại CB có 48 trung tâm tài chính cộng đồng, 67 cán bộ phê duyệt độc lập, 74 cán bộ kinh doanh. Như vậy với mỗi trung tâm tài chính cộng đồng, tùy theo địa điểm sẽ có 1 hoặc 2 cán bộ phê duyệt tín dụng và 1hoặc 2 cán bộ kinh doanh và các cán bộ này sẽ phụ trách việc quản lý toàn bộ khách hang trên. Nếu CB không có các công cụ hữu hiệu để hỗ trợ hệ thống lên bill tự động, hệ thống báo cáo nhắc nợ đến hạn hang ngày thì sẽ rất khó khăn cho các cán bộ trong việc quản lý khách hang.
