Các thiết bị được hiệu chuẩn/kiểm định bởi: Quatest 3.
Tại thời điểm đánh giá – các thiết bị đều còn trong thời hạn hiệu chuẩn/kiểm định. Ví dụ:
1. Máy đo độ bề dày, hết hạn hiệu chuẩn ngày 29.09.2016.
2. Máy thử lực kéo Tensile, hết hạn hiệu chuẩn đến ngày 08.10.2016.
Công ty đã có đánh giá lại kết quả hiệu chuẩn để xác định xem thiết bị còn có độ chính xác phù hợp để sử dụng.

Hiệu lực của quá trình kiểm soát thiết bị đo đạt yêu cầu theo tiêu chuẩn.
