Chùa Phật Tích hay còn gọi là chùa Vạn Phúc, thuộc xã Phật Tích, huyện Tiên Du, tỉnh Bắc Ninh là ngôi chùa có tới hàng nghìn năm lịch sử, đã từng là trung tâm văn hóa Phật giáo của nước Đại Việt. Chùa được xây dựng trên núi Lạn Kha, hay còn gọi là núi Phật Tích, núi Tiên Du, núi Nguyệt Hằng, cửa mở ra hướng Tây, trước mặt là sông Đuống. Điểm độc đáo của chùa chính là những tác phẩm điêu khắc đá cổ kính như: pho tượng A Di Đà – một tác phẩm điêu khắc thời Lý; tượng mình người đầu chim đang vỗ trống – một hình ảnh của thần nhạc công; cột đá chạm hình dàn nhạc với 8 nhạc công đang chơi trống cơm, đàn tỳ bà, đàn tranh, đàn thập lục, tiêu, sáo, nhị, trống; 5 đôi linh thú bằng đá xanh nguyên khối trước sân chùa; ao rồng; 36 ngọn bảo tháp…
