- Một trong hai bên vi phạm Hợp Đồn

- Một trong hai bên vi phạm Hợp Đồng này và không khắc phục (các) vi phạm đó trong vòng 30 (ba mươi) ngày tính từ ngày nhận thông báo về các vi phạm.
- Bất cứ khi nào một bên thấy rằng việc tiếp tục thực hiện Hợp Đồng này là không mang lại lợi ích gì cho mình do bất kỳ một lý do nào, bên đó có quyền, không cần nêu lý do, tuyên bố chấm dứt Hợp Đồng này bằng văn bản.

Khi chấm dứt Hợp Đồng, Bên B có trách nhiệm hoàn trả tất cả các tài liệu, vật dụng, công cụ, dụng cụ, vật phẩm liên quan đến việc bán hàng do Bên A cung cấp (nếu có). Hai bên tiến hành giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến công nợ còn lại trong vòng 30 (ba mươi) ngày kể từ ngày hoàn tất thủ tục và ký xác nhận vào biên bản đối chiếu công nợ. Các thủ tục thanh lý yêu cầu theo đúng quy định của luật thuế và pháp luật kinh doanh hiện hành.


Hợp Đồng có thể chấm dứt bất cứ thời điểm nào bởi một trong những trường hợp sau:

- Either party breaches this Agreement and fails to remedy (s) such breach within 30 (thirty) days of receiving notice of the violation.
- Whenever a party considers that continue implementing this Agreement are not bringing any benefit for themselves due to any reason, it has the right, without giving reasons, claiming terminate this Agreement in writing. Upon termination of the Agreement , Party B is responsible for paying all materials, supplies, tools, instruments or articles relating to the sale by Party A provided (if any). The two sides to settle the issues relating to the remaining debt within 30 (thirty) days of completion of the procedures and certify the minutes for debt comparison.
