Trong trường hợp bên A muốn thanh l

Trong trường hợp bên A muốn thanh lý hợp đồng trước thời hạn, quy định như sau:
• Trong vòng ba mươi (30) ngày kể từ ngày cấp tài khoản lần đầu tiên: Bên A bị phạt 30% giá trị hợp đồng.
• Sau ba mươi (30) ngày kể từ ngày cấp đầu tiên: Bên A mất hoàn toàn 100% giá trị hợp đồng.
Trong trường hợp bên A không hoàn tất việc thanh toán cho bên B quá mười lăm (15) ngày, bên B có quyền đơn phương chấm dứt Hợp đồng trước thời hạn.

In case party A wants to liquidate the contract ahead of time, defined as follows:• Within thirty (30) days from the date the account first level: party A penalty of 30% of the contract value. • After thirty (30) days from the date of first level: party A complete loss of 100% of the contract value.In case A party does not complete the payment for side B too fifteen (15) days, party B has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract before the deadline.
