- Chưa thể áp dụng triệt để được dịch vụ công điện tử tại các vùng quê vì hầu hết người dân ở những vùng nông thôn trình độ dân trí còn kém, khả năng tiếp nhận công nghệ thông tin chưa cao nên chưa thể tiếp nhận ngay được các hoạt động dịch vụ công về đất đai qua internet.
- Số lượng nguồn thông tin trên mạng quá nhiều, tràn lan và đôi khi không có tính xác thực, không chính xác khiến người dân khó chọn lọc thông tin, hoang mang, hiểu sai thông tin…
